We chose this motel because of the great reviews from previous guests - Amalia Hotel did not disappoint. Our room was ready on time and the check-in was hassle free. Our room opened into the grassy courtyard and there was complimentary water, wine and sweets waiting for us!! A lovely gesture of filoxenia. The room was stocked with coffee and tea making utensils. There was also a bar fridge. The bathroom was large enough for both of us and well-stocked. Our room was serviced every day. The location was quiet and away from the hussle of town - we had a car and it was no problem. The pool was fantastic and well-kept with a life guard on duty. Plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas. The amazing breakfast was served in the restaurant - plentiful and well-stocked. The wonderful staff had my double Greek coffee ready every morning. There was a buffet dinner for 25Euro pp which we didn’t use but we had a look and it too was plentiful! There was a cafeteria which made a great club sandwich served with fries - large portions which we ended up sharing. The bar served any cocktail of your choice which we enjoyed on the verandah as we listened to the piano music coming from inside. We had such an amazing time that we extended our stay, which was no problem at all even though there was a conference going on at the time as well as the weekend tourist buses who were also enjoying Nafplio.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The room was spacious, immaculate, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and luxurious toiletries and house wine 🍾 Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene outdoor pool area, which provided a perfect oasis for relaxation. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to the historic sites and attractions of Nafplio while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Amalia Hotel Nafplio exceeded all my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. The location was quiet but only 5 minutes by car from from Nafplio. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very polite and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. Bathroom was very clean. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some baklava on arrival which was a nice touch. Pool was large and very well maintained and there appeared to be new sun beds and parasols. Due to the poor weather we had for the first few days the pool bar was closed but it is normally open. There was a very accomplished piano player in the bar or terrace every night which was nice. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing week. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Hotel is spacious and has an elegant classic setting and decoration, which my daughter enjoyed so much. Especially the coffee bar at the lobby, which has a grand piano and a nice pianist would perform every evening when we had some drink…. The reception girl is very nice and they try to satisfy all our needs. And the breakfast is nice, and all the staffs are very polite and nice. We booked two rooms which are connected and it’s very convenient for family members. We shall definitely return whenever we visit Nafplio!

Good parking place with two chargers type 2 available . The reception, personnel , breakfast, room everything super ok ! Even the furniture is not new, it is well maintained, super-clean . The rooms are fitted with big new safe , bathroom well equipped and clean . Breakfast was much more diversified compared with other 4 stars known brands Not to forget about the welcome pack in the room...yummy. Thank you for the great time !
